Why “Tipda”?“टिपड़ा” ही क्यों?
In the hills, the टिपड़ा is the traditional hand-written kundli scroll that families exchange when a match is being considered. A Pahadi match begins with the same things the scroll stands for: roots, family and trust. That is what we wanted this platform to be about.पहाड़ में टिपड़ा वह पारंपरिक हस्तलिखित कुंडली-पत्र है जिसे रिश्ते की बात चलने पर परिवार आपस में लेते-देते हैं। पहाड़ी रिश्ता उन्हीं बातों से शुरू होता है जिन्हें यह पत्र दर्शाता है: जड़ें, परिवार और भरोसा। हम चाहते थे कि यह मंच इन्हीं बातों के बारे में हो।
