Delete Your Tipda Accountअपना टिपड़ा खाता हटाएँ

You can ask us to delete your Tipda account and your data at any time, for free.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open Tipda, tap the ☰ Settings button at the top and find the Account section.
2. Open the Account section, tap Delete Account, tell us briefly why you are leaving, and tap Send Request. Your profile becomes private immediately.
3. Our team approves the request (usually within a few days). You will see the status in the app.
4. Once approved, Finally Delete Account appears in the same Account section; it asks you to confirm once more, then deletes everything and signs you out. Changed your mind before then? Tap Cancel Delete.

Option 2: By email

If you cannot open the app, email tipda.in@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my Tipda account” and your Tipda ID (TPD#…) if you know it. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, bio-data, photos, shortlist and interests, device notification token and login.

What we may keep, and for how long

• Encrypted backups that roll off on a weekly cycle: up to about 90 days.
• Limited safety, payment and legal records (such as reports, blocks and unlock records): up to 1 year, or longer only if the law requires.
• Paid unlocks on a deleted account are forfeited. See Refund & Cancellation.
