This policy is issued by One Information, the proprietorship firm (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UK-05-0148312, Dehradun, Uttarakhand) that owns and operates Tipda.in and the Tipda app. “Tipda”, “we” and “us” below mean One Information.
- Creating a profile, the bio-data tool and browsing profiles are free.
- The only paid feature is the Contact Unlock: ₹49 per profile, valid for 45 days from purchase, paid through Google Play.
- The service is delivered the moment you pay — the contact details become visible to you immediately. Because of this, amounts paid are not refundable once the unlock has been delivered, and an unlock cannot be cancelled or transferred.
- If the Member you unlocked makes their profile private, you keep the paid contact details (name, email, phone number, WhatsApp if provided and verified, mool gaon, gotra, birth details) until your unlock expires; their photos and free details are hidden. If the profile is deleted or removed by the Member or by us, the unlock ends. In neither case is the unlock extended or refunded.
- If we remove your account for breaking our Terms, unused unlocks are not refunded.
- Deleting your profile or account is free and you can do it any time. Paid unlocks that remain on a deleted account are forfeited.
When we will help
If you were charged but the unlock did not appear, or you were charged more than once for the same profile because of a technical fault, write to us within 7 days at tipda.in@gmail.com with your Tipda ID and the Google Play order number. We will correct it, or refund the extra amount, once we have checked it.
